First Day onsite at Bard on the Beach in the New Tent!

Today we move down to Vanier Park to trod the boards in the big, beautiful new tent that the mainstage shows will be performed under at Bard on the Beach this year! "Year of the Flood" reading with Margaret Atwood and More...

Next up is a staged reading of "Year of the Flood" by Margaret Atwood as part of a fundraiser for The Writer's Trust of Canada. The event will be held on February 3rd at The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, and Ms. Atwood will be narrating. This month will find me participating in LEAP!, a writing program for young adults held through the Arts Club, as well as preparing for Bard on the Beach rehearsals that begin in April. I will be seen as Jessica in "Merchant of Venice" and Celia in "As You Like It". Shows begin in June. For more info visit www.bardonthebeach.org.

Next up is a workshop of "Sea of Sand" with Leaky Heaven Circus and The Only Animal at the end of the summer, followed by a performance of "Some Heavy Sugar" at The SoapBox Gallery in Brooklyn, NY, this September.
Also in the works is a new solo piece, but more about that as it comes together...

UPCOMING SHOWS

My piece LOV(hunt) will be showing at The Firehall Theatre on Friday the 21st and Saturday the 22nd of May as part of The BC Buds Festival of Emerging Artists. Show times are 7 pm and 9:10 pm both nights. Tickets will be available at the door but the show only seats 20 people at a time...

TRUNK OPENS!

TRUNK opens this Friday, April 9th, at Box Studios 1622 Franklin Street (between Commercial and Woodland, one block North of Hastings). Show time is 8 pm and we run until Saturday the 17th. Seating is limited so book your tickets soon by emailing us at trunkboxoffice@gmail.com. Tickets are $15 at the door. I am very, very excited about this show...
